Roots Revue
Logo Design / Event Branding / Social
Roots Revue is a two-day bluegrass festival in Louisville’s Paristown Arts & Entertainment District. I developed a visual identity that honors bluegrass tradition while appealing to a modern audience.
The project centered on a custom logotype with a sense of movement—rooted yet fresh—paired with flexible graphic elements that scale across platforms. The color palette ties to presenting sponsor Uncle Boojie’s Distilling Co., creating a cohesive connection.
This case study showcases a range of graphics created across multiple years of the festival, highlighting the evolution and adaptability of the identity system. Deliverables include logo assets, social graphics, lineup posters, and promotional materials that capture the energy of the event while balancing heritage with contemporary excitement.
